At Studio Dance & Fit, we believe that dance and cardio fitness is for everyone. We strive to create a welcoming environment where all ages and levels can do cardio with classes offered Opacize and Belly dance cardio Fitness and Advanced Belly Dance get stronger and build healthy habits in a fun environment.
